Design & Artistic Style
• Inspiration photos are used as a reference only. Exact replicas are not guaranteed.
• All cookies are hand-decorated and created in a personal artistic style.
• Addie-Tude Bakes is not responsible or liable for minor variations in design details such as facial features, proportions, line work, shapes, or placement, as all cookies are custom, hand-decorated items.
Color Variations
• Icing colors may vary slightly once dried and can appear different due to lighting, screen settings, or the natural drying process of royal icing.
• Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed, but will always stay within the agreed-upon color palette and theme.
Approval & Communication
• It is the client’s responsibility to clearly communicate preferences and concerns before the order is completed.
• If specific elements are especially important (shade intensity, color saturation, facial placement, proportions, sizing, spacing, symmetry, line thickness, and design scale) they must be communicated in advance and in writing.
Refunds & Re-Makes
• Due to the custom nature of decorated cookies, refunds or re-makes are not offered for minor design variations, color differences, or artistic interpretation that differ from inspiration photos but still align with the agreed-upon theme.
• Refunds or re-makes will only be considered in the rare event of a major error that significantly differs from the confirmed order details.
Pick-Up & Handling Responsibility
• Once cookies leave Addie -Tude Bakes possession, Addie-Tude Bakes is not responsible for damage, including breakage, smudging, or melting caused by handling, transport, weather, or storage conditions.
